General Waste and Gram-Gram share a house. While Gram-Gram is the epitome of frugality General Waste is as wasteful as he can possibly be. One day, when General Waste finds himself trapped under a mountain of his own stuff, Gram-Gram comes to the rescue and teaches him how to find the joy in the simple things in life.
