This book introduces young children to the First Nations seasonal calendars which do not map the year using 12 months and 7 days per week but by the changes in the weather, animals and plants which denote each new season. The activities for this book are designed to be competed in conjunction with the book and will require that you refer to the book as a reference guide to answer the questions.
